What Is AI Voice Interview?

AI Voice Interview is a free tool that lets you practice a real spoken job interview against an AI interviewer, right in your browser. You choose the job role, experience level, difficulty and interview type, then answer each question out loud using your microphone (or by typing, if you prefer). The AI listens, evaluates your answer, and asks a natural follow-up question based on what you actually said — not a fixed script.

How It Works

1. Choose a job role, experience level, difficulty, interview type and number of questions.
2. The AI interviewer asks a question and speaks it aloud.
3. Answer using your microphone — your speech is converted to text live, right in your browser.
4. The AI evaluates your answer for relevance, clarity and (for technical questions) correctness, then asks a follow-up question that adapts to how well you answered.
5. After your final question, get a full interview report: overall score, strengths, areas to improve, and a question-by-question review.

Interview Types

Choose HR, Technical, Behavioral, Situational, Communication or a Mixed interview covering all of them. Behavioral questions are additionally scored using the STAR framework (Situation, Task, Action, Result) so you can see exactly which part of your answer needs more detail.

How AI Evaluates Your Answers

Each answer is scored on relevance and completeness for the role, clarity and structure, and — for technical questions — technical correctness. Your speaking pace (words per minute) and filler-word usage (um, uh, like, etc.) are also measured as coaching feedback, not a judgment of your personality or confidence.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to sign in to use this?

No — you can practice a full interview as a guest. Signing in lets the AI personalize questions using your saved JobRojgar profile, and saves your report so you can review it later.

What if my browser doesn't support voice input?

You can type your answer instead at any time using the "Type Answer Instead" option — the rest of the interview works exactly the same way.

Is my interview data uploaded or shared anywhere?

Your answers are sent only to generate the AI's evaluation and next question. If you're signed in, your interview and report are saved to your account and only visible to you.
