Questions

Are the student details and photos uploaded anywhere?

No. The Excel or CSV file, the photos and the finished cards are handled inside your browser only. Nothing is sent to JobRojgar's servers, and everything is gone when you close the page. Only your card design (without the list or photos) is remembered in this browser.

How do photos get matched to the right student?

Name each photo after the roll number, the ID or the value in the PhotoFileName column - for example 101.jpg for roll number 101. Upload many photos at once or one ZIP file. If two photos fit the same student, the tool asks you to pick one instead of guessing.

My roll numbers lost their leading zero.

Excel removes zeros from numbers before the file reaches this tool. Use the sample Excel (every cell is text), or format the column as Text in Excel and type the numbers again.

How many cards fit on an A4 page?

At the standard CR80 size (85.6 x 54 mm), 10 cards (2 across, 5 down) fit on A4 portrait with 5 mm margins and 3 mm gaps. The tool calculates it for your card size, margins and gaps, and never stretches a card.

How do I print the back side behind the front?

Choose "Double-sided printing - flip on long edge" and, in the print dialog, "Print on both sides - flip on long edge". Print one test page first; if the back is shifted, move it a few millimetres with "Move back right / down".

Can I make hundreds of cards at once?

Yes. Cards are made one at a time in your browser with a progress bar, and very large batches are split into several PDF files so the browser keeps working. You can cancel at any time and retry any card that failed.
