What Is Word Guess?

Word Guess is a 5-letter word puzzle in the popular daily-word-game style. You have 6 attempts to guess a hidden word. After each guess, every letter is colour-coded: green means that letter is in the right spot, amber means it's in the word but the wrong spot, and grey means it isn't in the word at all.

How to Play Word Guess

1. Type or click letters on the on-screen keyboard to build a 5-letter guess, then press Enter.
2. Read the colour feedback on each tile to narrow down the hidden word.
3. Use the on-screen keyboard's own colours to track which letters you've already tried.
4. Guess the word within 6 attempts to win, then start a new word.
