Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh has released an official notification for Uttar Pradesh Bar Council Declaration Online Form 2016 (Declaration 2016 Online Form ). Interested and eligible candidates can check the age limit, application fee and important dates below, and apply online through the official link before the last date. Order Details

  • The Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh extended its declaration on 23 July 2014 to submit the declaration to those who enrolled after July 2010 as an advocate.
  • Declaration form filled as per 2005 rules.
  • 2 passport size photograph application needs to be attached with declaration form.

  • Currently there are more than 1,00,000 lawyers on the rolls of Uttar Pradesh State Bar Council, who elected members of the Bar Council.
  • To accept individuals as advocates on its role
  • To prepare and maintain such rolls
  • To entertain and determine cases of misconduct against the advocates on their rolls
  • To protect the rights, privileges and interests of the advocates on its role
  • To promote and support law reform
  • To organize seminars and talks on legal subjects by eminent jurists and to publish journals and letters of legal interest.
  • Uttar Pradesh Bar Council is required to disseminate the format of declaration form to all bar associations. Advocates can also download from the Bar Council of India website and submit the format to their respective Uttar Pradesh State Bar Council through their respective Bar Association or the advocate can also submit the format directly to the UP Bar Council.
  • Advocates who have enrolled after July 2010 will also have to fill in the applicant verification form, as per the 2015 rules it is necessary to fill up these Advocate declaration forms to give details to such advocates, as if they have passed the AIB.
