What size is an Aadhaar or PAN card?

Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID and driving licence cards use the standard ID card size of 85.6 × 54 mm. At 300 DPI that is 1011 × 638 pixels.

My photo of the card is tilted. Can I fix it?

Yes. Use -1° / +1° until the card's edges are straight, then pull the crop box corners to the card's edges.

Do I need to crop the front and back separately?

Crop each side and download it, or use Multiple ID → A4 to put the front and back of one or more cards on a single page.
